Everyone at Wokingham Town FC would like to congratulate Matt Eggleston on achieving 300 games as First Team Manager at the club. We would like to thank Matt for his unwavering dedication over the years as he continues to put his heart and soul into the club.

Having also played for the club, Matt is back in the role as First Team Manager and hit the 300 match milestone following yesterday's 6-1 home victory against Amersham Town in league action.

Club President Mark Ashwell congratulated Eggleston saying: "Matt is a true Suma who bleeds orange. He is so committed to this club and we cannot thank him enough for everything he does, congratulations Matt!"

During his previous tenures as First Team Manager, Matt won the Reading Senior Cup twice, as well as the League Title in the 2014/15 season alongside now Director of Football, Dan Bateman.

Often mistaken as a Robbie Williams tribute act, Matt can usually be found singing 'Angels' at any given opportunity and we look forward to many more renditions throughout the rest of the season.
